From the founder

Two names.
One pursuit.

I started 248 for the hours nobody sees. The 5am training sessions. The late-night design drafts. The weekend builds that might never ship. That is still what it is for.

I started Counsel Collective for the other hours. The ones people do see but rarely understand. The boardroom pivots. The quiet decisions that shape whole industries. The executives carrying more than they let on.

I used to think these were two different lives. They are not. The athlete training before the city wakes is the same person as the general counsel weighing a contract at ten at night. The photographer chasing a shot is the same person as the CFO closing the books. We pretend otherwise because the world asks us to.

These sites are my refusal to split. 248 is the pursuit. Counsel is the practice. Together they are the whole human -- the one who stayed up, and the one who shows up. They are both me. They are both you, too, if you let them be.
